This is a non-personnel services contract to provide Solid Waste Pickup and Disposal forRussellville Site Office Area of Responsibility (AOR), to include, Old Post Park, Piney Bay Park, Shoal Bay Park,Spadra Park, Riverview Park, Russellville Site Office, Dardanelle Lock and Dam, Dardanelle Marine Terminal,Dardanelle Powerhouse, Maumelle Park, Toad Suck Park, Cherokee Park, Cooks Landing, Toad Suck Field Office,Lock and Dam 7, Lock and Dam 8, and Lock and Dam 9. The Government shall not exercise any supervision orcontrol over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall beaccountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.
