The Contractor shall provide all services, materials, supplies, plant, supervision, labor, and equipment to inspect, test, maintain and repair the Montgomery Point Lock and Dam elevator, in strict accordance with all terms, conditions, general and special provisions and specifications. In addition, the contractor shall provide a 24-hour/day, 7-day/week, 365-day/year emergency answering service. Equipment covered by this contract includes all mechanical, control, electrical, hoisting, and all other elevator equipment and elevator components up to the point of disconnect with the building power.
