The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform court reporting services for any court proceeding, deposition, agency hearing or other proceedings given under oath or affirmation as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) except as specified in Part 3 as government furnished property and services in support of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ Little Rock District Office of Counsel (Corps or Office of Counsel).
