The service being provided is Grounds Maintenance to include but not limited to mowing, landscaping care, trees-shrubs, and plants for multiple locations in the region (see attached map).The Government intends to solicit for a contract period of a three year base (3) years and have two additional option years these will be with firm-fixed priced line items.
