The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Little Rock District is issuing this SOLICITATION for Municipal Services for 63rd Readiness Division-Region 3 at Various Locations. The types of services being provided are Janitorial to include but not limited to office cleaning, space cleaning, floor care, restroom services and Grounds Maintenance to include but not limited to mowing, landscaping care, trees-shrubs, and plants for multiple locations in the region (see attached map).The Government intends to solicit for a contract period of a three year base (3) years and have two additional option years these will be with firm-fixed priced line items.
