The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform invasive species clearing on 100 acres of Lake Dardanelle and 65 acres of Ozark Lake. Vegetation shall be cut using hand tools and/or mechanical hand tools (chainsaws) and stumps treated with herbicide to prevent re-sprouting. Remnants of cut vegetation may be left on site. Bids will be placed on a per acre basis.
