The intent of this contract is to provide sludge removal/restroom services at Russellville Site Office. Services include but not limited to sludge removal, drain clean outs, and placement and maintenance of portable toilets. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary management, supervision, inspection, personnel, materials, supplies, parts, tools, equipment, transportation, and vehicles, except as otherwise provided for herein, necessary to assure that all services are performed in accordance with the contract specifications, drawings, attachments, exhibits, and all applicable laws, regulations, codes, or directives. The Contractor shall accomplish work in a timely and satisfactorily manner.
