The intent of this contract is to provide toilet services at Norfork and Bull Shoals Lakes, or any location needed in the Mountain Home Project Office area. The contractor shall furnish all necessary management, supervision, inspection, personnel, materials, supplies, parts, tools, equipment, transportation, and vehicles, except as otherwise provided for herein, necessary to assure that all services are performed in accordance with the contract specifications, drawings, attachments, exhibits, and all applicable laws, regulations, codes, or directives. The contractor shall accomplish work in a timely and satisfactory manner.
