The intent of this contract is to provide herbicide application services at certain parks and facilities in the Pine Bluff Site Office area. This area of management runs along the McClellan-Kerr Arkansas River Navigation System (MKARNS) from Navigation Mile 0 downstream (Mouth of the White River with the Mississippi River) to Navigation Mile 125 upstream (Murray Lock & Dam #7 at Little Rock). The Contractor shall furnish all necessary management, supervision, inspection, personnel, materials, supplies, parts, tools, equipment, transportation, and vehicles, except as otherwise provided for herein, necessary to assure that all services are performed in accordance with the contract specifications, drawings, attachments, exhibits, and all applicable laws, regulations, codes, or directives. The Contractor shall accomplish work in a timely and satisfactory manner.
