This is a non-personal services contract to provide programming services for an existing Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition System (SCADA) at Dardanelle Lock and Dam-10 located in Russellville AR, and Montgomery Point Lock and Dam, located near Tichnor, Arkansas. The Contractor shall provide programming to accomplish upgrades to the existing operating systems, Human Machine Interfaces (HMI) Software and other items as identified in the detailed statement of work. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, travel, site investigation, software, software licenses, and all other necessary services and supplies to implement and test the upgrades to the existing computer operating system, HMI software, and the operator’s computer workstations and necessary communications interfaces and PLC software to accommodate the new HMI software and operator’s workstation computers. Date(s) and place(s) of performance: ? The performance locations are Montgomery Point Lock and Dam & Dardanelle Lock and Dam. ? The Period of Performance for this contract is 90 days.
