The intent of this contract is to provide Tree Maintenance, Herbicide Control and Boundary Maintenance at Clearwater Lake. Services include but not limited to tree removal, tree trimming, stump grinding, canopy lifting, herbicide spraying and boundary maintenance. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary management, supervision, inspection, personnel, materials, supplies, parts, tools, equipment, transportation, and vehicles, except as otherwise provided for herein, necessary to assure that all services are performed in accordance with the contract specifications, drawings, attachments, exhibits, and all applicable laws, regulations, codes, or directives. The Contractor shall accomplish work in a timely and satisfactorily manner.
