The intent of this contract is to provide habitat enhancement services at Clearwater Lake Project. Work shall include but not be limited to inspection, prescribed fire, invasive species control, salvage timber marking, selective timber marking, timber stand improvement, tree planting, bush hogging services, food plot preparation/planting, gate installation, gate painting. The services required in this contract are in addition to the routine operation and maintenance performed by Government personnel, however the Government reserves the right to perform any or all of the services described herein with its own personnel or volunteers. The contractor shall furnish all necessary management, supervision, inspection, personnel, materials, supplies, parts, tools, equipment, transportation, and vehicles, except as otherwise provided for herein, necessary to assure that all services are performed in accordance with the contract specifications, drawings, attachments, exhibits, and all applicable laws, regulations, codes, or directives.
