The intent of this contract is to provide janitorial and mowing services to the Russellville Site Office and Dardanelle Marine Terminal. Services include but not limited to all janitorial and lawn care services necessary to maintain the Russellville Site Office and Dardanelle Marine Terminal. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary management, supervision, inspection, personnel materials, supplies, parts, tools, equipment, transportation, and vehicles, except as otherwise provided for herein, necessary to assure that all services are performed in accordance with the contract specifications, drawings, attachments, exhibits, and all applicable laws, regulations, codes, or directives. The Contractor shall accomplish work in a timely and satisfactorily manner.
