Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: This combined services contract is to provide Gate Attendant Services, Cleanup and Solid Waste Removal Services and Mowing and Trimming Services in parks and facilities located in the Pine Bluff Site Office area. Tar Camp Park requires Gate Attendant Services which will provide visitor assistance to users by checking in campers, making reservation, providing information, cleaning facilities as needed and providing surveillance. Facilities requiring Cleanup and Solid Waste Disposal Services and Mowing and Trimming Services are Tar Camp Park and Dam Site 5 Park. These services shall require work to include but not be limited to inspection, policing of grounds, mowing and trimming, cleanup and solid waste removal and Gate Attendant Services. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary management, supervision, inspection, personnel, materials, supplies, parts, tools, equipment, transportation, and vehicles, except as otherwise provided for herein, necessary to assure that all services are performed in accordance with the contract specifications, maps, drawings, attachments, appendices, exhibits, applicable laws, regulations, codes and directives.
