This combined services contract is to provide Gate Attendant Services, Cleanup and Solid Waste Removal Services and Mowing and Trimming Services in parks and facilities located in the Pine Bluff Project Office area. Willow Beach Park requires Gate Attendant Services which will provide visitor assistance to users by checking in campers, making reservation, providing information, cleaning facilities as needed and providing surveillance. Facilities requiring Cleanup and Solid Waste Disposal Services and Mowing and Trimming Services are Willow Beach Park, David D. Terry Dam Site East River Access and David D. Terry West Park. These services shall require work to include but not be limited to inspection, policing of grounds, mowing and trimming, cleanup and solid waste removal and Gate Attendant Services.
