This solicitation is being procured utilizing Full and Open Competition. Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: provide solid waste pickup and disposal services at Greers Ferry Lake. Services include but not limited to solid waste pickup and disposal and policing of grounds. The contractor shall furnish all necessary management, supervision, inspection, personnel, materials, supplies, parts, tools, equipment, transportation, and vehicles, except as otherwise provided for herein, necessary to assure that all services are performed in accordance with the contract specifications, drawings, attachments, exhibits, and all applicable laws, regulations, codes, or directives. The contractor shall accomplish work in a timely and satisfactorily manner. The minimum guarantee for the contract awarded as a result of this solicitation is $2,500.00. This will be satisfied upon the issuance of the first task order. There will be NO official site visit for this solicitation; however, contractors may contact the project to view potential dumpster placement areas.
