Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: This solicitation will result in three (3) separate contracts: park maintenance, electrical maintenance, and plumbing maintenance services at Greers Ferry Lake. Each contract will have a minimum guarantee of $2,500.00, which will be satisfied upon the issuance of the first task order for each contract. Services include but not limited to general park maintenance, performing electrical and plumbing repairs and installation. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary management, supervision, inspection, personnel, materials, supplies, parts, tools, equipment, transportation, and vehicles, except as otherwise provided for herein, necessary to assure that all services are performed in accordance with the contract specifications, drawings, attachments, exhibits, and all applicable laws, regulations, codes, or directives. The Contractor shall accomplish work in a timely and satisfactorily manner.
