The Contractor sh... The intent of this contract is to provide hazardous tree services at Greers Ferry Lake. Services include but not limited to tree cutting, debris removal, stump grinding, and pruning. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary management, supervision, inspection, personnel, materials, supplies, parts, tools, equipment, transportation, and vehicles, except as otherwise provided for herein, necessary to assure that all services are performed in accordance with the contract specifications, drawings, attachments, exhibits, and all applicable laws, regulations, codes, or directives. The Contractor shall accomplish work in a timely and satisfactorily manner.
