Unique requirements for individual positions are included in the Specific Park Sheets (SPS). If there is a conflict between the information in the PWS and the SPS, the SPS will govern. Park Attendant services to be accomplished under this contract shall be in accordance with the provisions of the PWS and the SPS, which include, but are not limited to, furnishing all labor, equipment, fuel, transportation, tools and supplies necessary to provide the specified services for the entire contract period (except as otherwise noted). This is a Performance Based Contract pursuant to FAR Part 37.6. The performance standards are identified in the PWS and SPS. Deficiencies will be documented on Quality Assurance Reports that identify corrective action or deductions to be taken if deficiency is not corrected. This is a non-personnel services contract to provide Park Attendant Services within the Little Rock District. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.
