Amendment 1 to add the requests for information. CLEARWATER PAVING IDIQ CLEARWATER PROJECT OFFICE U.S. ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS (USACE) W9127S21B0002, Clearwater Paving IDIQ, will be advertised as a Total Small Business Set-Aside under the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 237310, Highway, Street and Bridge Construction. The small business size standard is set at $39.5 million. This solicitation will be issued, utilizing FAR Part 14, as an Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bids will be made based on price and price-related factors; and will result in a firm fixed-price construction contract. The Magnitude of Construction is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The requirement being procured under this solicitation includes paving for Clearwater Project Office. The work includes removal of deteriorated asphalt and failed subgrade, placement and compaction of asphaltic concrete pavement within the recreation and administrative areas around Clearwater Lake and incidental related work. W9127S21B0002 will be issued on or about Monday, 09 August, 2021, via the new Government Point of Entry (GPE), Beta.SAM.gov. Amendments to the solicitation will be issued via the GPE as well.
