This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is to inspect, test, maintain, and repair the Montgomery Point Lock and Dam elevator as identified in strict accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) all terms, conditions, general and special provisions and specification. In addition, the contractor shall provide a 24 -hour/day, 7-day/week, 365-day/year emergency answering service.
