The simplified acquisition procedures of FAR Part 13 will be used in conjunction with commercial items procedures of FAR Part 12. Solicitation # W9127S20Q6011. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-08, effective August 31, 2020.
