This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The simplified acquisition procedures of FAR Part 13 will be used in conjunction with commercial items procedures of FAR Part 12. Solicitation # W9127S20Q6003. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-05, effective March 30, 2020. This is a total Competitive 8(a) set-aside. This is a sources sought synopsis only. The purpose of this is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources (specifically, Small Businesses) and their size relative to NAICS 337127, Standard Size 500 employees. Responses will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. Responses are not considered responses to any potential solicitation announcement. Proposed project will be a competitive, firm-fixed price, commercial supply contract procured in accordance with FAR 12 and FAR 13. All small business types including: SDVOSB, VOSB, WOSB, Section (8), and HUBZone are highly encouraged to participate. The type of set-aside decision to be issued will depend upon the capabilities of the responses to this synopsis. All contractors are encouraged to respond to this sources sought. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Little Rock District is seeking information for a requirement for the initial outfitting (IO) of the Wallace Creek Medical/Dental Clinic. The project name is FY20 Wallace Creek Medical/Dental Clinic Replacement and is located at Camp Lejeune near Jacksonville, North Carolina. It includes 42,364(GSF)/23,883(NSF) of new construction. The project includes vacating and moving 0 NSF of existing facilities. Only personnel will be relocated. The project is a stand-alone IO project that follows the DBB project for this location, with minimal reuse. Transition is expected to only include 150 personnel (estimated), not FFE-LVS. The Contractor must use Revit for this project. The requirement is for commodities and services required to validate, outfit, transition, and activate The Wallace Creek Medical/Dental Clinic. The Contractor shall provide all requirements within 683-calendar days after award (award through closeout, assumption is a July 14, 2020 award date). Deliverables include: 2 IO validation submittals, a Corrected Final submittal, execution of IO plans, and closeout. Beneficial Occupancy Date (BOD) – November 1, 2021.
