Provide underbridge snooper bucket crane, truck driver and operator for up to 8 hours a day for up to 3 days for inspection of Tainter gates at Greer’s Ferry Dam and Beaver Dam. Exact date and start time to be determined and coordinated upon contract award. Inspections dates are tentatively open for the end of January through the middle of February. An underbridge snooper with the capability of a vertical reach (down from the bridge deck) of approximately 50 ft is required. Bucket capacity shall enable 3 persons, one operator provided by the snooper owner and two USACE inspectors.
