PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE DARDANELLE SWITCHYARD PROTECTION & BANK REPAIRS DARDANELLE LOCK AND DAM MCCLELLAN-KERR ARKANSAS RIVER NAVIGATION SYSTEM U.S. ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS (USACE) LITTLE ROCK DISTRICT W9127S20B0002, Dardanelle Switchyard Protection & Bank Repairs, will be advertised as a Total Small Business Set-Aside under the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering. The small business size standard is set at $39,500,000.00. This solicitation will be issued, utilizing FAR Part 14, as an Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bids will be evaluated, and the solicitation will result in a firm fixed-price construction contract. The Magnitude of Construction is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The requirement being procured under this solicitation includes repairs to the embankment around the Dardanelle Powerhouse Switchyard, providing a gravity wall and security fence around the perimeter, grouting under the concrete apron, a sump pump system, and various drainage improvements. W9127S20B0002 will be issued on or about Friday, July 24, 2020, via the Government Point of Entry (GPE), Beta.SAM.gov. Amendments to the solicitation will be issued via the GPE as well.
