Amendment 0002 Attachment 1, Template Project Management Plan (PMP) is added. This contract will focus on the Life cycle starting at award of Task Order; thru Design/Construction Contract execution; then thru Final project closeout. It is our intent the data management RFP deliverables be provided as they are useful to the PDT through the various stages of the project. This PMP is provided as a standard operating and management procedures and program template.
