This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The simplified acquisition procedures of FAR Part 13 will be used in conjunction with commercial items procedures of FAR Part 12. Solicitation # W9127S19Q6008. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-03, effective July 12, 2019. This is a total Small Business set-aside. NAICS code is 337127, size standard is 500 employees. All Quotes shall be submitted no later than September 3, 2019, by 12:00pm central time.
