The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform sludge removal services as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. Contractor will provide sludge removal services in parks referenced above to maintain all holding tanks, septic tanks, and vaults to maintain serviceable facilities for public use. Contractor will also provide emergency services as needed to restore facilities as soon as possible to minimize downtime. The period of performance shall be for one (1) Base Year of 12 months and four (4) 12-month option years. See combined synopsis/solicitation document for more information.
