The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Little Rock District is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation for Municipal Services for 63rd Readiness Division Region 4 within the states of Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada and Texas. The types of service being provided is Janitorial Services, such as space cleaning, floor care, restroom services as well as Grounds Maintenance Services, such as mowing, landscaping care, trees-shrubs, and plants.(see attached map). The Government intends to solicit for a contract period of one base year and two option years with firm-fixed priced line items. This solicitation includes the combined synopsis/solicitation instructions, the Performance Work Statement (PWS), Line Item Numbers (ELINs), and operations area map.
