This new posting was created to replace posting for W9127S18Q0068 due to award not occurring prior to the crossing of the fiscal year and changes made to the original solicitation. This solicitation has been amended to incorporate the Questions / Answers (QAs) and a revised PWS. The conformed copy of the RFQ with the amendment has been uploaded with this posting. All offerors are required to acknowledge the amendment in the quotation response.
