The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Little Rock District is issuing this SOLICITATION for Municipal Services for 63rd Readiness Division-Region 3 at Various Locations. The types of services being provided are Janitorial to include but not limited to office cleaning, space cleaning, floor care, restroom services and Grounds Maintenance to include but not limited to mowing, landscaping care, trees-shrubs, and plants for multiple locations in the region (see attached map). The Government intends to solicit for a contract period of one base year and two option years with firm-fixed priced line items. This solicitation includes the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Line Item Numbers (ELINs) and Pricing Schedule that will be needed when sending in quotations.
