The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Little Rock District is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation for Municipal Services for 63rd Readiness Division Region 1 at various locations within the states of Arkansas & Oklahoma. (See attached map) The types of service being provided is Grounds Maintenance Services, which may include, but are not limited to: mowing, landscaping care, trees-shrubs, and plants. The Government intends to solicit for a contract period of one base year and two option years with firm-fixed priced line items. This solicitation includes the combined synopsis/solicitation instructions, the Performance Work Statement (PWS), Line Item Numbers (ELINs), and operations area map.
