The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Little Rock District is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation for Municipal Services for 63rd Readiness Division Region 1 at various locations within the states of Arkansas & Oklahoma. The types of service being provided is Janitorial Services to include but not limited to space cleaning, floor care, restroom services (see attached map). The Government intends to solicit for a contract period of one base year and two option years with firm-fixed priced line items. This solicitation includes the combined synopsis/solicitation instructions, the Performance Work Statement (PWS), Line Item Numbers (ELINs), operations area map.
