The approximate max weig... Build and deliver a heavy duty, 16,000 lbs. GVWR, galvanized steel framed, tandem torsion axle, low profiled gooseneck trailer for a modified G3 LX25C 2006 Tri-Toon dive boat. The approximate max weight of the boat is 7,000 lbs. Trailer need sufficient breaking capability for GVWR along with emergency break away system and safety chains in the event that the trailer detaches from tow vehicle. Trailer plug shall be a 7 way RV style plug. Trailer light shall be LED waterproof fixtures. The Tri- Toon trailer bunks skids shall be a high density plastic or equivalent material. Trailer will have push knees for the bow of the boat to come to rest on. Running boards will be above the fender wells with the same high density plastic or equivalent. These running boards are in a high impact area of trailer, and will need to be braced accordingly. An appropriately rated multispeed, hand crank wench, with a 2" strap and hook will be mounted on trailer to secure boat bow to trailer along with safety chain incase strap breaks. A heavy duty adjustable foot, electric over hydraulic jack that can handle the appropriate weight for raising and lowering of trailer will be installed. Spare wheel and tire to be mounted on trailer. A 2' X 3' landing located between push knees and gooseneck hitch. The landing shall have ladder access from both left and right side. The ladders shall be mounted perpendicular to the lateral axis of the trailer. Handrails shall be installed for safety.
