This is a total small business set-aside procurement for Technical Instructional Services for the RCTA Patrol Officer Response Course, to be performed at RCTA, 219 Fuller Road, Meridian, MS 39309 and Camp Shelby, Hattiesburg, MS 39402; remote classes are not authorized. The government anticipates firm-fixed-price CLINs for up to 6 units per period, with estimated performance periods from 24 September 2026 through 23 September 2029. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, travel, supervision, and associated services under the Performance Work Statement, and the Service Contract Act applies. Award is intended without discussions and will be made on a best-value basis, with technical capability weighted higher than price.
