This is a total small business set-aside solicitation for a firm-fixed-price contract to provide technical instructional services for Basic and Advanced Commercial Vehicle Interdiction training. The base period of performance is estimated from 24 September 2026 through 23 September 2027, with 6 basic and 2 advanced training sessions required. Services must be performed at RCTA–219 Fuller Road, Meridian, MS and Camp Shelby, Hattiesburg, MS; remote classes are not authorized. Evaluation will be based on best value with technical capability weighted higher than price. Contractors must be registered and active in SAM and submit proposals with detailed specifications.
