This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W9127Q25QA005 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) FAC 2024-05, Effective April 22, 2024, and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFARS) Publication Notice (DPN) dated January 17, 2025. This requirement is a small business set aside under NAICS 722320 with a size standard of $9M. The MSARNG has a requirement to provide hot breakfast and dinner catered meals daily. CLIN 0001: Breakfast (Qty: 310 x 14 days) POP: 04 May - 17 May 2025 CLIN 0002 Dinner (Qty: 310 x 15 days) POP: 03 May - 17 May 2025 CLIN 0003: Breakfast (Qty: 235 x 4 days) POP: 18 May - 21 May 2025 CLIN 0004: Dinner (Qty: 235 x 3 days) POP: 18 May - 20 May 2025 Delivery to: Combat Readiness Training Center Gulfport, MS 39507 Period of Performance (POP): 3 May - 21 May 2025 Basis of Award: the government intends to award a purchase order to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be the most advantageous to the Government in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Evaluations will be in accordance with FAR 13.106 and is based on Best Value to the Government in terms of (i) Price; (ii) Technical capability, to include the capability to provide the full scope of work; (iii) Past Performance History. Technical Capability and Past Performance, combined, shall be equal to Price. Instructions to Offeror: To ensure timely and equitable evaluation of quotes, offeror must comply with instructions contained herein. Quotes must be complete, self-sufficient, and respond directly to the requirement of this RFQ. Quotes shall include (1) Price quote, to include itemized description of what is included in the quote (2) Technical: description identifying how the contractor will execute the requirement, as well as subcontractor information, if applicable and menu options. (3) Recent/Relevant Past Performance History: Provide at least three (3) projects, similar in scope, performed within the past (3) years. The offeror may also be evaluated based on other internal Government of private source information (i.e. CPARS, FAPIIS, etc.) Note: quotes submitted without detailed description information and/or only restate the government provided specification will not be considered acceptable and shall be removed from further consideration. This notice does not obligate the government to award the contract; it does not restrict the government's ultimate approach; it does not obligate the Government to pay for any quote preparation cost. Only firm fixed price offers will be evaluated.
