This is a Request for Information (RFI) notice, not a Request for Quote/Proposal at this time. The purpose of this RFI is to conduct market research to identify businesses capable of performing ISO 9001:2015/AS9110:2016 Certification Audit Services annually. The requirement covers Quality Management Systems (QMS) technical and management support services to the MS-AVCRAD located at Gulfport, Mississippi. This support encompasses annual surveillance audits, review, analysis, recommendations, and certification requirements for the QMS at the MS-AVCRAD. The contractor shall be ANAB Board Certified as an accrediting agency, able to issue certification or recertification certificates indicating the MS-AVCRAD meets the ISO 9001:2016 and AS9110:2016 standards. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. All information received in response to this RFI will be treated as business confidential information. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Offerors are solely responsible for all expense associated with responding to this RFI. Request all offerors capable of providing the services identified herein to respond with Company Name, Point of Contract (POC) email/telephone number, business size (large or small), socio-economic classifications (SDB, SDVOSB, WOSB, HubZone, etc.), as well as company capabilities.
