This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W9127Q-22-R-0019 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-07 effective August 10, 2022, and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFARS) effective June 23, 2022 Publication Notice 20220623. It is the contractors' responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. This requirement is being set-aside for 100% small business and only qualified offerors may submit quotes in accordance with FAR 19.502-2(a): Total small business set-asides. The North American Industrial Classification System Code is 333924(FSC/PSC 3990) with a size standard of 750 employees. Quotes must be complete, self-sufficient, and respond directly to the requirements of this RFQ.
