This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W9127Q-22-R-0005 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06 effective May 01, 2022, and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation(DFARS) effective April 28, 2022 Publication Notice 20220428. It is the contractors' responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. This requirement is being set-aside for 100% small business and only qualified offerors may submit quotes in accordance with FAR 19.502-2(a): Total Small Business Set-asides. The North American Industrial Classification System Code is 333241 (FSC/PSC 7320) with a size standard of 1000 employees. Quotes must be complete, self-sufficient, and respond directly to the requirements of this RFQ. This notice does not obligate the Government to award the contract: it does not restrict the Government's ultimate approach; nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any quote/proposal preparation costs.
