COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION W9127Q-24-R-0027 for SLING LOAD CONCRETE BLOCKS This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W9127Q-24-R-0027 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using OPEN MARKET PRICING. This solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Effective 22 May 2024 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS) updated 29 July 2024. This requirement is a small business set aside under (NAICS) is 327331 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. The Government intends to make an award of a Firm Fixed Price purchase order. This requirement is 100% Small Business Set-Aside and only qualified sellers may submit Quotes. Scope of Requirement: The Mississippi Army National Guard Aviation Office has a requirement for four (4) concrete blocks to support Aviation Operations Training. The certified sling load concrete blocks are required to meet/exceed the parameters found in the specifications below. Any mention of brand name or equal is for reference only. Offering must be of same quality and capability as product referenced in this solicitation. Products shall be like or similar in the quality, physical attributes, and capabilities of the brand(s) as mentioned in the excel spreadsheet attachment. It is the offeror’s responsibility to prove their product offering is equal to the main capabilities and quality of the requisition. Required Supply Specs: 2,100 lb. Sling load Steel-reinforced, concrete block 4,000 lb. Sling load Steel-reinforced, concrete block 8,500 lb. Sling load Steel-reinforced, concrete block 16,500 lb.
