This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being solicited and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W9127Q-21-R-0026 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-55. This requirement is being advertised as unrestricted; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code(s) is 721214 with a Size Standard of $8.0M. The United States Property and Fiscal Office for Mississippi - Purchasing & Contracting Office, Flowood, MS intends to issue one (1) purchase order for all retreats and camps for the following dates and ages: REQUIREMENT- LOCATION: Central Mississippi only. CLIN 0001 - 40 Each/Campers for ages 10-15 years July 06-11, 2021; see attached Performance Work Statement CLIN 0002 - 25 Each/Campers for ages 10-15 years (Advanced Campers) July 11-16, 2021; see attached Performance Work Statement -Vendor will include in a FULL Menu with quote and FULL ACTIVITIES SCHEDULE with quote -Accommodate at least 40 people and provide adequate facilities as per the attached Performance Work Statement -Located in Central Mississippi. -Vender to provide the Cost Per Person/Each -Provide a GRAND TOTAL on all events and with a GRAND TOTAL for the Quote. -Vendor will submit quote on time or quote will not be considered for award process. -Award will be based on Lowest Price and technically acceptable proposal. -Vendor must have active SAM registration. -Vendor must provide DUNS, TaxID, and CAGE Code with your quote. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. This solicitation is prepared IAW FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The following clauses apply: FAR 52-212-1, Instructions to Offerors (JAN 2005); FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items (Jan 1999) applies to this solicitation. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, based on technical capability and price, when combined are approximately equal. Multiple awards will not be made.
