This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W9127Q-20-R-0010 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-04, Effective 15 Jan 2020 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS) Change Notice 20191231 Effective 23 Jan 2020. It is the contractors' responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. This requirement is being issued as unrestricted. The North American Industrial Classification System Code is 624221 with a standard of 1,500. Per FAR 11.104 (Use of brand name or equal purchase descriptions), please see requested items below notating HDT Expeditionary Systems products contains a general description of those salient, physical, functional and/or performance characteristics for the repair and/or retrofit parts required for the Deployable Rapid Assembly Shelter (DRASH) systems that an equal item must meet to be acceptable for award. If quoting an equal product: All salient functional characteristics, technical aspects included (and brand) must be included in submitted quote. This information for each line item must be included in order for the Government to determine if the equal items quoted will meet the Government's requirements. (Offer must clearly identify the items, make and model number and include descriptive literature or a clear reference.) To be technically acceptable the products quoted shall be BRAND NAME or EQUAL to HDT Expeditionary Systems. The repair parts and/or retrofit parts must be compatible to HDT Expeditionary Systems design, engineering, and quality. This notice does not obligate the Government to award the contract; it does not restrict the Government's ultimate approach; nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any quote/proposal preparation costs. Clauses and provisions incorporated by reference may be accessed via the Internet at www.acquisition.gov. Quotes must be for all items stated, partial quotes will not be considered. Only firm fixed price offers will be evaluated. Award will be made (all or none) to one vendor. Include all applicable fees, including DELIVERY; Warranty information; and ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME.
