RFI #1 is posted/attached ******************* PREVIOUSLY POSTED AS PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE #W9127Q-20-R-0024 IS NOW POSTED AS THIS SOLICIATION W9127Q-20-B-0024 The USPFO of Mississippi will award a single firm fixed price contract for Construction Services necessary to renovate Building 181 Small Air Terminal, Project #LRXQ172401 for Mississippi Air National Guard 172nd Airlift Wing located in Flowood, MS. Services are for complete interior and exterior renovation of Building 181 including but not limited to complete replacement of all exterior doors, windows as well as all interior finishes and all HVAC, electrical, fire protection, site work, DDC controls and plumbing systems to be replaced as annotated in the related plans and specifications. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 236220. This request is 100% total small business set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit quotes. Per NAICS 236220, the small business size standard is $39.5 million average annual revenue for the previous three years. The PSC Code is Y1AA. IAW FAR 36, Project magnitude ranges from $1,000,000 - $5,000,000. IAW PIM 2016-03 “Funds are not presently available for this contract.
