VI-CFMO Estate Bethlehem HVAC Services
The Virgin Islands National Guard requires a qualified small business contractor to provide all-inclusive, non-personal monthly preventative maintenance and as-needed repairs for HVAC systems at eleven facilities at the Estate Bethlehem Military Compound, St. Croix, USVI. The anticipated contract consists of one 12-month base year and two 12-month option years. A site visit is scheduled for 15 September 2026 at 09:00 AM AST, and interested parties must submit attendee names to the listed POCs for site entry requirements. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation issued as an RFQ set aside for small business concerns, and Amendment 0001 released Government Responses to Industry Questions and an updated PWS.
