Virgin Islands ARNG Estate Nazareth HVAC Services
The Virgin Islands Army National Guard requires monthly HVAC maintenance services for facilities at the Estate Nazareth Military Compound on St. Thomas. Work includes cleaning condensers and air handlers, replacing filters, lubricating parts, cleaning drain pans and lines, checking for leaks, washing coils, cleaning vents and registers, performing repairs as needed, and responding to routine service calls.
