Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The Virgin Islands National Guard intends to issue a sole-source Request for Quotation to VI Oral Surgery, Inc. for comprehensive military dental services to improve dental and deployment readiness. Services will be performed at the contractor's office, where service members with deployment-limiting conditions will be referred for treatment. All treatment plans and associated costs must be agreed upon with the VIARNG prior to service delivery, and any changes require prior approval from designated medical officers. The contractor is responsible for providing initial evaluations and necessary documentation to support dental records but is not required to access military databases directly. The objective is to restore and maintain individual Soldier oral health in accordance with Department of Defense standards.
