This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The United StatesProperty and Fiscal Office for the Virgin Islands, 9200 Estate Slob, Kingshill VI 00850 intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13. Solicitation W9127P-24-Q-0006 is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. This procurement is set aside 100% for small business, and the NAICS Code is 721110. The provisions and clauses incorporated into this solicitation document are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. Provisions and clauses incorporated by reference have the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. The full text of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations supplement (DFARS) can be accessed on the internet at http://farsite.hill.af.mil/. The Virgin Islands Army National Guard (VIARNG) has a need for a conference package that includes a conference/meeting room (capable of being divided into two rooms), lodging and meals to support VIARNG Youth Camp during the period of 14-16 June 2024. Location must be within St. Croix, VI 00850. Catering services must be available on the premise. For quoting this event, be sure to follow the Contract Line Item Structure listed below on attached RFQ. Remember that the Government is a tax exempt organization and we are not able to pay service fees or gratuities.
