This Procurement will be conducted under FSC CODE: Z1KF, SIC CODE: 1629, NAICS Code: 237990. The size standard for this code is $37,000,000. All questions should be directed to Karen Smith: karen.smith@usace.army.mil Estimated Cost Range is between more than $5,000,000 - $10,000,000 JOB DESCRIPTION: The work includes annual maintenance dredging of the San Joaquin/Port of Stockton River DWSC to -35-ft (MLLW) plus 1-ft of paid over-depth, except the Sediment Trap, which shall be dredged to -40-ft (MLLW) with no allowable over-depth. Dredged material shall be transported to Contractor furnished upland beneficial reuse site per specification Section 00 10 00 PRICING SCHEDULE and the requirements in specification Section 01 11 00 SUMMARY OF WORK. This requirement is for Full and Open Competition. It will be issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB) which will result in the award of a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The solicitation will be available on/about May 25, 2023 for viewing/downloading the solicitation and documents. ALL BIDS will be due on/about June 26, 2023 at 1:00pm. The specific date and time will be identified in the solicitation. BIDDERS ARE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED, OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, NEGOTIATION, AND/OR FINAL AWARDPROCESS.
