AMENDMENT 0004 The purpose of this amendment is to open the solicitation for forty-eight hours and change the classification to small business set-aside. Per the change in regulations pertaining to Women-Owned Small Business set aside effective October 2020, the Contracting Officer must check SBA WOSB status through the SBA Small Business Dynamic Search tool. In order to be considered for WOSB set-aside, a WOSB must be certified with the SBA. None of the Offerors who submitted proposals for this requirement are certified as WOSB through the SBA. As such, none are eligible for this set aside. With that in mind, this will be opened back up and the classification changed to small business set-aside. All Offerors who submitted will not have to submit again.
